Prenatal interview
If you are expecting a baby and would like to meet Dr. Pollak before you deliver we invite to to schedule a free prenatal visit. The prenatal interview usually takes around 15 minutes. You may want to do this face to face, or you may choose telemedicine. Please call 918-960-2006 and press option 1 to schedule a time and date for your prenatal interview. It's a good idea to have a list of questions to ask but not necessary. Below are links to information about questions you may want to ask and information about telemedicine visits.
