We generally do not accept self-pay patients at this time. Self-pay would be those who have an insurance we are not contracted with and those who have no insurance. If you are established with us and your insurance changes please notify us immediately.
Payment Policy
Well child checks and routine immunizations are generally covered by insurance. For other visits you may owe a co-pay or the cost of the visit if you must meet a deductable. We will bill your insurance and any amount owed by you may be collected at the next visit or by phone after providing you an invoice.
